Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager at Cloudrise, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes using our platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions
  • Proactively address customer challenges and identify upsell opportunities
  • Monitor account health and advocate for customer needs internally
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve the product

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
