Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager at Cloudrise, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes using our platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions
- Proactively address customer challenges and identify upsell opportunities
- Monitor account health and advocate for customer needs internally
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve the product
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
